Actually there is no food that could consider as harm food because basically all food has their own benefit that is needed and useful for human body. However if that food could sometimes even dangerous for health, that only possibly happened when you consume it too much. It’s all about the doze actually. So the question about how to set up a pattern of good eating is actually how to set up a pattern of eating consumption. Some people likes to eat fruit, some are not. Actually fruit is a good one to consume but not many people know that fruit should be consumed before meals instead of after. Do not know why the set up menu always put fruit as dessert and not appetizer. Why fruit needs to be consumed before meals and not after? Because fruit would take longer to digest so if you eat the meal first then the meal would become fermented in your body since they are stuck with the fruit below and can not come out. Many asian people eat rice, when you eat rice is not advisable that you also combine it or eat it in the same time with potato because both of them content of carbohydrate. If you drink tea, it is advisable not make it too thick since it is dangerous for your kidney. Coffee is fine when you only drink it once a day and not too thick also.
