Nobody loves fat especially women. From all over the world, all women always want to have slim and sexy body. However it is really not easy since most of the food and drink now even could cause the fat easily than before and people are getting lazy to exercise since they are tired from work. So it would become harder and harder to get rid of this annoying fat. However do not give up. There are still several way to reduce your fat if you have no time to exercise or a bit lazy to go to gym. You can consume low fat meals, low fat drink and consume a lot of fruit and water instead of carbohydrate and fatty and sweet meals or drink. If you do not really like vegetable you can also make it as a juice. There are a lot of vegetable juice recipe that you can down load from internet or you can buy the recipe book of it from store but if you also have problem in reducing the meal, you can actually do other way where you do not really need to reduce it but you need to time it. strict be yourself that you will not have big meal after 6 PM.
